      <![CDATA[Even though I live closer to the original theater, the Parkway, on Park Blvd. and would like to see that reopen, I agree that a business relationship with the Chengs does sound like a very bad arranged marriage given their history. <br>
<br>
I vote for the Broadway Ave/Uptown location due to accessibility of both transportation (cars, public transit, bikes) and parking, and the future potential for redesign of the building and other opportunities.
