      <![CDATA[I find it interesting that this article seems oblivious to the fact that those of us who live around where these new galleries that are popping up are finding these "maddening crowds" delivered to our doorstep, mostly without any thought from the low budget facilitators of how their pet project is negatively influencing tenants who intentionally avoided loud, scenester areas when choosing apartments in years past. <br>
I used to go to "Art Murmur," now I am being forced to look for a new apartment to avoid it.
