"Finish Ticket learned the craft from newly retired local band called Dizzy Balloon Really?

As a follower of the local music scene and one with appreciation of how much Live 105' support of local music can propel an emerging artist into the national spotlight (Thriving Ivory, Middle Class Rut), I think all the air came out of Dizzy Balloon because they got gimmicky and attempted beatlesque poppy tunes..... instead of staying true to the original (when they were known as Panda) infectious pop rock that made them local legends, songs like CHINATOWN.

I hope the uncanny comparison to Finish Ticket stops there....and that Finish Ticket breaks out of the local scene by working on the "glimmers of being truly great" which the author of this article references.

RIP, the artist formerly known as Panda, and Raise a Glass to Finish Ticket.
