Let's Bring Civility to the District 5 Campaign
One month ago, on April 5th, on the evening of my Campaign kick-off, someone threw a brick through my campaign office window at the Fruitvale Transit Village. My campaign staff filed a police report, and the issue is now in the hands of the police.

Either way, the point remains: the EBX is reporting on Juarez's vandalism (which has happened to his office many times in the past, long before he became a Council candidate) and ignoring the vandalism that struck Ignacio de la Fuente's campaign office in April. And the anti-Juarez site was absurdly mischaracterized: Juarez was successfully sued by Oakland for fraud, and has ongoing lawsuits for fraud, sexual harassment and identity theft.
