Re: “Concord Set to Ban Medical Pot Growing Outdoors

“Lawyers say medical pot growers are going to have to defy them, suffer the consequences, and sue for relief” Thank you to all the lawyers. As I suffer from AIDS my plate is full. Im sure others who suffer from cancer, war injuries and a host of other life threatening health problems also have their plates full. Like myself, I find most patients have a nil to no income and can barely make ends meet. This is why I grow my own medicine. Prop 215 says we are to have safe access. What is safer than your own back yard? If you are lucky enough to have a back yard.

Good luck landlords. Now people are going to go inside and plug in. Hope your wiring can handle it. What the lawyers suggest is as useless as the Concord Ca city council suggesting that patients can grow medical marijuana in there home but, not in front of a window. Anyone who’s grown medical marijuana knows that light and ventilation is a key.

It is all I can do to stay healthy, it takes the whole day. Energy is hard to come by when you are dealing with a life treating disease or ailments. Should if I “defy them, suffer the consequences, and sue for relief" How on gods earth am I going to pay for that? How much energy, stress, health, money and time will this consume?

thanks for the help
