Re: “The Crackdown Takes a Hit

"I recently went to the doctor because i was having trouble breathing and they sent me to get an x ray. When they got the results back they called and told me that i have a "nodule" in one of my lungs. Turns out that 40% of lung nodules are cancer. I've smoked cigarettes on and off since i was ten years old so I'm a little worried here. I haven't smoked a cigarette in about 3 months and after this I am sure I'll never smoke again. The next step is to have a CT scan done but I was wrongfully imprisoned in November for a parole violation when i wasn't even on parole anymore and this caused my health insurance to lapse. So now i have $9000 in unpaid medical bills and no insurance to cover my CT scan. On top of that Petaluma Police stole all of my money calling it a seizure so now i can't even afford to pay for it on my own. Its funny how everyone is so happy to have obamacare but now when i try to get insurance i was denied for having a preexisting condition and I'm not eligible for medi-cal. So here I am waiting for my next court date to see if the judge will order Petaluma Police to give me back my money so i can pay for treatment or at least find out if my lung nodule is cancerous. Personally i find two institutions to be appalling: The Petaluma Police Department and Our healthcare system as it stands today. I just can't see how Petaluma Police have the right to kick in the door to my house without probable cause or a warrant, assault me, arrest me for possession of marijuana with intent to sell when I had in my possession less than my county limit while taking note of my Oaksterdam Binder and laughing and saying "The laws have changed since People V. Kelly", put me in jail for two months on 23 and a half hour lockdown, steal all of my money , write out the check to themselves and start using my money to pay for their overtime hours IN OTHER CITIES BECAUSE THE PUBLIC WAS OUTRAGED THAT THEIR TAX DOLLARS WERE BEING USED IN THIS MANNER!!! So they decide lets just rob medical marijuana patients. Great idea. Anyways here I am now trying to pay for my medical expenses and i cannot because of those who are sworn to serve and protect petaluma. This is an outrage and i will not stand for it. I am going to do everything in my power to correct this and deal with my health issue. I just feel its a shame that these certain people in power think its ok to do these type of things and then just blame it on the fact they were misinformed to get out it when its proven I'm not on parole. Well i told them before they arrested me I'm no longer on parole. What do i do about this? Any suggestions?"
