Re: “Oakland Zoo Campaign Spending Tops $800,000

One will think a zoo as an institution that needs to be run and protected by people whose principles and priorities are with the environment (in its broader natural and most humane sense.) It is not only disappointing but also extremely sad to realize that the Oakland Zoo's isn't better than any of the big corporations that have cheated the trust and good will of the American citizens. I am voting NO on expensive political campaigns, NO in illegal campaign practices, NO on wrong chosen priorities (the zoo's money spending in expensive campaign and the "done deal expansion project" while cutting down children programs and animal care), NO on lies and misinformation, NO on A1. Voting NO on A1 isn't letting down the animals of the zoo. Voting NO on measure A1 is protecting ourselves from yet another political scheme that harm us and will harm the environment beyond repair. Vote NO on A1.
