Re: “Big Organic Joins Monsanto in Fighting Prop 37”
How about this? Imagine eating a Roundup Ready ear of corn or some cereal grown with GM seeds. Scientists have found that rats fed the corn and/or grains or other GM foods developed pockets of pesticides in their gut. Want some Roundup in your gut? Wonder what eating an ear of GM corn will do to your child's intestinal tract? Wake up people! We all need to know if our foods are genetically modified and the growing body of scientific evidence from the EU---which bans all GM foods---shows that the potential harm to humans is real and the ultimate outcome to health is totally ignored by the "big guys." After all, profit is all---humans are of little value and large corporations always choose profits over human health and safety.
