The company that the customer "Lowryder" is speaking of, who WILL NOT honor their 3 year warranty IS GrowOp & the owner IS Derek Peterson. It's GrowOp's faulty ballasts that seem to be failing left & right. WeGrow is a retail store with a reasonable exchange/return policy, 30 days and has made many attempts to assist customers with this problem. It's frustrating & unfair to the customer. Here's an example to clarify where the ball's been dropped. If a Sony item was purchased at a Best Buy, & malfunctions after their 30, 60, or 90 day window for exchanges/returns, it would then be SONY that would resolve the problem. What I don't understand is why GrowOp will not do the same. A warranty is a warranty & should be honored.

I have a few Grow Op ballasts that have blown out within the last 6 months. I've gone to weGrow, & even though it's past their 30 day store policy, they've still tried to help me get the ballasts replaced from GrowOp, since they should honor their OWN warranty. I'm a consumer who shouldn't have to suffer because of a "bad breakup.'' I truly appreciate WeGrow's effort to assist me with this but unfortunately GrowOp still won't make good. I know I'm not the only one out there with this same problem. If you manufacture a product & it comes with a warranty you should honor it GrowOp.
