Re: “Feds Order Berkeley Bowl to Hold New Union Vote

Hey Moleman: I see Farmer Joe's is spending money on search engine optimization instead of their employee's wages and benefits. Talk about classic anti-union ant-worker sleaze.
Your observation about Delano's is uninformed. There were a lot of good UFCW members employed there who had families depending on them. They were a good employer and people loved working for them. To hold up the situation there as some sort of union chicanery is not only sad it's stupid.
But back to the Bowl. The employer must "endure" another election because they broke the law, despite their best attempts to hide it with high priced consultants (one is chair Oregon State Republican Party) and attorneys. Excuse me if I don't shed a tear for this employer.

Re: “Feds Order Berkeley Bowl to Hold New Union Vote

Shows you how much you know moleman, the company's the entity that spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on an out of state consultant (Bob Tiernan, Chair of the Oregon State Republican Party) to thwart the will of the workers. The company is being forced to engage in a new election because it broke the law. Way to fact check moleman!
