Re: “Oakland Has Its First Whiskey Distillery Since Prohibition

They have immense patience dealing with the Feds and their petty rules
There may come a day when cannabis comes under such scrutiny making us want the "Good Old Days " when the cannabis community policed itself and did a great job in spite of critics .
Do not laugh I see the comparison and mistakes made by being too strict
The Feds may change their minds and regulate booze and bud ..

Re: “Back In the Closet

The State Supreme Court should strike down most outdoor growing bans that also ban the six plant limit imposed by Senate Bill 420 which is the FINAL WORD as far as state jurisdictions are concerned

Re: “Ken Estes' GDP Collective Reopens Amid the Richmond Dispensary Renaissance

Awesome, Ken has been a top notch advocate since the inception of the medical cannabis movement. His following has earned him respect.
He faced down the FEDS and will continue to deliver.
Ken deserves good press from the express to make up for what Chris Thompson did. I worked with Ken during those early days of Oaksterdam and enjoyed it immensely. He was instrumental in opening up the selection of Medicine straight from the Emerald Triangle.
He developed new strains from proven genetics that is true medication because he needs it personally.
Before Ken most of the medicine was grown in the Bay Area
The real deal from Humboldt and Mendocino sure changed attitudes.
Love you Ken and am very happy with the Richmond decision

Re: “Devil in a Wheelchair?

Ken was not what Rocky says at all. Rocky was a thug that was eventually arrested for dealing drugs that were not herb.

Re: “When Pot Clubs Go Bad

Ken Has an Attorney Dave Bush asking me to quit posting The truth about Ken online .Were You There Dude?
No Ken has no DARK Connections. He does have a Crappy way of Using People.

Most don't want to admit it! Not that it wsn't fun it was RISKY!!

Ken Must realize that having Patients who became smitten of the scene working for him for close to nothing was fine when he was an advovate and Black sheep.

That Business model is the reason he ran into security problems.
He must also realize that EMPTY PROMISES lead to Problems.
I may get Upset still but he was Really Screwed by Rocky and I was Screwed By Jason.OK Ken?
He is and will always be a great father. That Crap rocky spewed on Devil in the wheelchair was Wrong and never the truth.
Strange memories I suppose.Like the Crazy Ass Car Ride with Rocky Down Fulton in San Francisco while he was Waving a Gun and talking S#IT about Ken.Ken Kept him at Bay.After Court.
Ken has Gone to Extemes For Real to bring The Real deal to The Bay Area.

Nobody Clocked more Miles on Long Dirt Roads in The Triangle as Ken Estes I had Just a Taste. He is a Veteran of The Task.He FOUND the Grandaddy in Humboldt and is The Medical Marketer. Thus the Appeal. It is Hard To walk away from an Adrenaline rush. That is what Running Herb is.

The Humboldt Old Timers were not Thrilled with Ken at all.The Price was driven up.To 4300 a Pound for Grandaddy and Urkle.OH WELL Can't Keep it in Humboldt forever.

Re: “When Pot Clubs Go Bad

When Ken opened his doors he meant business but you must understand he was already getting the rogue LABEL placed on him when he went to The Tribune Tower to open a dispensary. That did not work out he was hassled by the neighbors and he was tired of the elevator going out and having to be carried out or spend the night. He then set up at the Brick house on University where he was raided by Contra Costa a couple times in their Zealous raids. He then laid low and set a A few grows.I can remember coming in the picture then after being away from him for a year.He always found the FISCAL SPONSORS.I suppose it does take alot of Funds but to get in bed with The gangsters he has bedded with is amazing.I was pushed out of the picture when I was trying to get Ken to become 501c3 and I had already spent time and effort building the BUNKER we dispensed from at 1727 Telegraph.I then was Kens driver for Humboldt runs at 500 bucks a pop plus an ounce of the best. The guys who funded his operations at 1727%
