Well, the current system is grossly unfair, unless you believe that discriminating a user group is fair.

"A yes on WW is good for mountain bikers and everyone else."

This is an opinion not supported by the facts. Measure WW, the way the park operates right now, means more land (that might be opened sometimes in the next 25 years) for hikers and equestrians while cyclists will be pushed to the back of the bus onto ranch roads. I don't see how this will be good to bikers. On the other hand, defeating measure WW will send a strong message to the EBRPD that they can't ignore their second largest user group. That way, cyclists will overnight gain the political clout needed to push through meaningful change at the district.
