Re: “Answering Some Reader Questions about the Kay Sorg Arrest

Christa, your blog was very well written - thank you. I still believe the accuser has every right to remain annonymous. As one anonymous blogger wrote - Ms. Sorg is a popular figure in the community and it's obvious that it would not be in the accuser's best interest to come forward with her identity at this time.

Re: “Answering Some Reader Questions about the Kay Sorg Arrest

I wrote the last blog. For the record, I had Ms. Sorg as a teacher and she was a good teacher and a nice person. Does not mean that a crime was not committed.

Re: “Answering Some Reader Questions about the Kay Sorg Arrest

It's very typical for victims of sexual crimes to get raked over the coals for coming forward and reporting the crime. It was a wise decision for this woman (the victim) to remain anonymous. I could not imagine how the accuser must feel getting attacked by all these people who know nothing about what really happened. This is why so many rapes go unreported. I hope that my daughter will always confide in me and that I can protect her from this type of thing.
