Rodrigue Molyneaux specializes in Italian varieties. The winery makes Amianco, Sangiovese, Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Primitivo, Primavera Rosa, Port, and two Italian Blends, "Cabiovese" and "Cabera."

Ryhan Estate Vineyards produces Syrah, White Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Malbec, Brut-Sparkling Wine (also in Raspberry and Almond flavors), a red blend called Rouge Sang (made of Cabernet Sauvignon, Refosco, Syrah, and Petite Syrah). Most grapes are sourced from Lodi.

Steven Kent Winery is produces small-lot wines, and specializes, in particular, in Cabernets — it currently has three different Cabernets and a Cabernet port available. The winery also makes Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Sangiovese. All wines are made from Livermore Valley grapes.

Tamas Estates produces wine from grapes grown in the Livermore Valley, San Francisco Bay and Arroyo Seco, Monterey appellations. The winery's is know for workign with Italian varieties: Pinot Grigio, Sangiovese Rosato, a blend called "Double Decker Red," Zinfandel, Barbera, Andiamo, Toscanelli, Il Viagio, Fiorente, Prima, and Barbera Port.
