Always dress fly for this trendy Jack London Square hip-hop club. Decked out with a huge dancefloor, two fully-stocked bars, VIP cabanas, a waterfront deck, and windows overlooking the San Francisco Bay, Zazoo’s bills itself as a Grand Central Station for mingling, a place to see and be seen. KMEL DJ's spin every Saturday from 9:30pm to 1am, wherein local celebrity waxslingers spin hip-hop, reggaetón, R&B, and crunk, usually for a pricey $20 cover, though it’s pretty easy to snag a $5 VIP pass via Treetop Entertainment (TreetopEntertainment.net). If such razzle-dazzle really isn’t your thing, you can always have a fulfilling night chopping it up with the club’s bouncers -- considering Zazoo’s otherwise-upscale vibe, they’re refreshingly down-to-earth.
