Takara produces a variety of sake, including: Junmai (made from rice, water, and culture) and Tokubetu-Junmai (made from highly-polished rice, water and culture), Ginjo (from rice polished 40 percent or more), Dai-Ginjo (from rice polished 50 percent or more), Nama (unpasteurized), Nigori (unfiltered), Kimoto & Yamahai (made using traditional ancient methods), Honjozo (with added alcohol), and Genshu (undiluted sake). Takara also makes several flavored sakes, plum wines, shochu, mirin, and vodka. There are two flights available for tasting, a variety course, and a connoisseur course. Visitors can also tour the sake museum and learn about the traditional 19th century sake-making methods.

Tamas Estates produces wine from grapes grown in the Livermore Valley, San Francisco Bay and Arroyo Seco, Monterey appellations. The winery's is know for workign with Italian varieties: Pinot Grigio, Sangiovese Rosato, a blend called "Double Decker Red," Zinfandel, Barbera, Andiamo, Toscanelli, Il Viagio, Fiorente, Prima, and Barbera Port.

Tenuta Vineyards produces Merlot, Cabernet, Zinfandel, Primitivo, Syrah, Petite Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and a number of blends, from grapes grown almost exclusively in the Livemore Valley. Barrel tasting and winery tours are available.

The Thomas Coyne label was started in 1989, five years later Coyne moved into a winery in South Livermore Valley that dates back to 1881. Thomas Coyne produces Merlot, Mourvedre, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Grenache, Pinot Blanc, Viognier and two blends: Quest from Rhône varieties, and Confluence from Bordeaux varieties. Grapes are sourced from vineyards in El Dorado County and Contra Costa County and the Livermore Valley.

Located in Oakland’s Rockridge district, Trappist Provisions is a small and intimate taproom that specializes in small craft European and domestic beers. It offers 9 specialty beers on tap at a given time and more than 160 selections for sale. Can’t decide? The attentive bartenders will provide samples of each tap.

This small urban winery also boasts a lovely tasting room, with several of the company's wines on tap and in bottles.
