Eden Canyon's vineyards were planted in 1996 in the Paso Robles area. The vineyard is nine acres altogether, and produces about three tons of fruit per acre. The winery specializes in Cabernets, but also produces two red blends, "Suerte" (Cabernet, Syrah, and old-vine Zinfandel) and "Jolie" (85 percent estate Cabernet Sauvignon and 15 percent Merlot).

THe cellar specializes in blended red wines, like Deep 6, a six varietal blend. Current releases include: Zinfandel from Sonoma County, Syrah from Dry Creek, as well as Rose, and Pinot Noir. Future releases (Sangiovese, Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Verdot, and Deep 6) can be purchased from the barrel, 40 percent before bottling. The winery also features occasional art shows in its tasting room.

Makes the handsomest cupcakes and cookie sandwiches around out of high-class ingredients like imported Belgian Chocolate and Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla.
