A Minor Forest
L@TE: Friday Nights

Friday, July 25th
2626 Bancroft Way (map)
$7 (GA)
Math rockers A Minor Forest will fill the BAM/PFA galleries with their intense angular arrangements. Performing again after a decade-long hiatus, the trio recently returned home to the Bay Area from a triumphant U.S. tour to help promote a new anthology, featuring their two beloved albums Inindependence and A Flemish Altruism. The group is well known for its aggressive dynamics and intense live performances. Opener Mansion, a visually stimulating favorite of the underground warehouse circuit, has often been described as "sick" and "loud." We would throw in discordant, angular, hypnotically rhythmic, anachronistic, and a darkly good time.

Doors 5 p.m.; galleries open till 9 p.m.

$7 general admission
