Re: “Thirteen Unlucky Observations from Oakland Raiders Disappointing Home Loss to Atlanta

As bad as our Defence played (typical zone coverage that is wait till they catch then Try to tackle) the real problem that has to be addressed is the officiating of bad or lack of good calls that are game changers. Is it just me or are we playing against the NFL!

AL is dead... Leave us play.

Re: “Thirteen Unlucky Observations from Oakland Raiders Disappointing Home Loss to Atlanta

Another ref cannot look at the game and see that Amari Cooper was pushed out it was an illegal contact so that is why he went out of bounds so the place should have stand instead the referees screwed up and I can see his butt from a hole in the ground the referees should be fine just like the players when they make bad calls they should have to pay for it or even if they have reviews of it you should be able to review that

Re: “Thirteen Unlucky Observations from Oakland Raiders Disappointing Home Loss to Atlanta

JDR is in a unique position. He must realize that Norton Jr is not cutting it AT ALL. And Musgrave is doing the same thing he did last year in being WAY TOO DAMN CONSERVATIVE.
Again, the entire first half was a bunch of runs through the guards and dink passes. He didn't call one pass beyond the sticks until the second half!
On third and 9, Carr would pass to a RB or WR who was 3 or 4 yards dowfield!
Just like last year, he NEVER attempts to stretch the defense! Thus, hardly any points in the first half! Just like last year!
Its only when they are behind does he call for Cooper or Crabtree to make long grabs!

I'm so sick of it. We'll be around 4- 7 before Del Rio or Davis decides to scrap our OC and DC and start over. Just watch.....

Re: “Thirteen Unlucky Observations from Oakland Raiders Disappointing Home Loss to Atlanta

Ken Norton Jr. needs to figure this out soon. Offense is on track, I believe. Defense needs to be fixed and if KNJ doesn't do it soon, he'll follow Greg Roman to the unemployment line. 69 points allowed in the first two games? That's sickening. Maybe a change in the scheme is necessary. Plus, the special teams didn't take care of business too well either.

Re: “Thirteen Unlucky Observations from Oakland Raiders Disappointing Home Loss to Atlanta

Yes. We have a pretty good QB and some offensive weapons, however, the play calling is horrible. Musgrave is horrible in first half. Conservative play does NOT play to this team a strengths.

As to the D, To say this is a personnel issue doesn't take into account that our D on paper, was worse, much worse, last year, yet this D is absolutely horrific. Even money says KNJ doesn't last another 8 days. No way to "fix" this D in a week. So, he'll get fired, nothing will change and Raiders fans will take it in the A, again. He and my team are screwed. Thanks Raiders management for just another major F up. It's ok though, we are SO used to it!

Re: “Thirteen Unlucky Observations from Oakland Raiders Disappointing Home Loss to Atlanta

The Raiders give up 1,000 yards and 69 points to the other team in 2 games. I don't care how good your offense is, if you have to score 40 points a game to win, you will not be successful. Clearly Cooper was pushed out of bounds, but then the Raiders never get those kind of calls. What was more clear was that the Raider linebackers are terrible. In particular, Heeney (No 50) seems to have brought back the ghost of Greg Biekert as the proverbial leak in the wall. The opponents game plan has been to run at him and throw the ball in his area. There is no Raider pass rush and the defensive backs again seem confused half the time. What is really obvious is how valuable Charles Woodson was during the last 2 years. C. Wood made sure they were in the correct alignments and made many tackles in an area of the field where linebackers are supposed to rule. I do not see the players on the roster right now to get it fixed. The linebackers are too small to take on blocks and make tackles between the tackles, which allows the other team positive yardage on first down. That makes for maximum flexibility to run or pass on second down and short yardage. That is a death sentence for a defense. Both Del Rio and the defensive coordinator, Ken Norton, were better than average linebackers in their NFL careers. I do not know how they did not see this coming?

Re: “Why Does He Watch Porn?

Just as my instinct had told me, but was too blinded by love...my husband is sleeping with my best friend. O God! He is even in love with her. I even was informed about this by an attendant at one of the grocery stores I patronize, but rebuked her rudely and angrily because I taught she had an eye on my husband. Times went on and days went past...I was living a life of ''blinded by love''. My husband and I have been married for 3 years now and I was surprised when I found out he has been living a ''happily married life'' of presence and deceit with me just because of my financial flamboyancy. This was how I found out about them (my husband and my best friend)...There was going to be a dinner for couples that resided in the estate, since it was the estate feast day. But I was down with an unknown illness so I told my husband that we wouldn't be able to make it to the dinner due to my condition and he agreed (this was on a Monday morning and the dinner was dated for Friday). The next day, I called my dad and complained to him about my illness which the doctor had examined and told me there wasn't anything wrong with me, of which i knew wasn't true because I was going through hell inside of my body. My dad told me not to worry and asked me to contact our long time known herbal doctor (Dr. Payo Shalo) (who has been God sent to my family in terms of spiritual help; he helped cure my dad off cancer, my mom off fibroid, my brother was awarded a contract with the world bank, just by his spells) on his email (payospiritsshalospells''AT''yahoo''DOT''com) which I did. I didn't get a reply from him till Thursday morning which he explained and blamed on his busy schedules with other of his customers that sought spiritual help. We swung into actions with the procedures of getting me cured of this unknown killer disease that was bent on getting rid of my life. I did all I was instructed by the doctor (herbal). On Friday morning, my husband woke up and told me he was going to be away for about 3 days on a business conference. When he left, I contacted the doctor for the final rites. When everything was done, by 1:45pm just as the doctor had promised, I was well again. I called my dad and informed him about this miracle. I went to my parent’s house which I haven't been able to do in a long while because of the illness...everyone was happy. I was with my parents till evening, and after having dinner with them, I went to bed. Just as I was going to sleep, I got a call from a neighbor in my estate telling me that she could just see my husband with another lady at the estate's dinner for couples. I couldn't believe what she was telling me. Immediately, I drove to the venue and my eyes saw my ears... my husband just leaving in his car with my best friend. I couldn't believe my eyes, so I tailed them for about 15mins and they drove into a hotel...hmmm. I went back to my apartment and without hesitation I called Dr. Payo Shalo and told him of what I just found out. I told him I needed an urgent spell to make my husband develop sudden hatred for my best friend and immediately come back to me as soon as then. The doctor told me what to do, late that night, I got everything done. At about 3:18am on Saturday morning, my door opened. Who is this in my house this early? ...My husband? In tears, he is confessing all he had been doing with my best friend and asking me to forgive him and accept him as the husband he used to be ... I wept my eyes out. I immediately forgave him for I love him with all my heart. Now, my husband and I are living faithfully to each other and my illness, gone forever. Are you in need of any kind of spiritual, medical, financial help? Please contact Dr. Payo Shalo on the above email address for your rapid solutions. (Re-write the email in its right form)

Re: “Why Is There a Housing Crisis?

One cannot help wondering why so many people are living in homeless camps when there are hundreds of unoccupied housing units abutting the former Navy base in Alameda, CA. I took a photo, yesterday, Sept 17, 2016. Over a hundred of them, entire neighborhoods, just sitting there, empty, for over a decade.

Yes, these are special needs individuals, some with criminal records and drug problems, but if we are the "strongest and richest nation on earth," we can prove it by attacking the problem instead of running from it. It is a management challenge and a money challenge. If we can go to the moon and beyond, we certainly should be able to do this.

Re: “Just Vegas, Baby?: What Are the Odds that the Oakland Raiders Move to Sin City?

Las Vegas can do whatever they want to throw money at Davis. At the end of the day, that is not the real issue. No matter what Vegas casino crooks like Sheldon Adelson think, the ultimate question is as follows. Do the modern, corporate, billionaire NFL owners want a franchise partner in the gambling business, in a city known for morally questionable activities (gambling, prostitution), where pretty much anything goes. These owners are obsessed with the value of their NFL shield and my bet is that allowing Davis to move here is a much larger hurdle than naive and desperate Davis thinks it is. My bet is that the NFL owners do not want their young, rich players rolling into Vegas every weekend wandering the strip and various other venues in their free time. Nothing but bad can come from this situation. NFL security will constantly be under pressure to control an unmanageable situation. In addition, the Raider players will constantly be tempted by savory characters and situations that could lead to constant rumors about point shaving and extortion. That is not the front page story that makes the NFL brand stronger moving forward. At the same time, Oakland is in the hottest economic market in the country and the 49ers are trending down. The NFL owners will not be in favor of losing a storied NFL franchise (Oakland Raiders) in a major market in the country. Mark Davis does not represent current NFL ownership. They are corporate, fiscally sophisticated and insanely wealthy. Davis is a picture of the past. He is rough around the edges, unsophisticated, simple and broke. The NFL press conference last year, where the owners awarded the Rams first position in LA, was a great snapshot. The Rams ownership appeared to be corporate and well healed, adorned in expensive designer suits. Davis looked like he crawled out of a trailer and had on a pin stripe suit that he must have purchased from Eastmont Mall in 1975. Al Davis did not raise Mark in the NFL executive culture as Jerry Jones is doing with his sons in Dallas. Mark is an outsider with few friends and has no juice with the majority of the NFL executives. My bet is that like Major League baseball told Lew Wolff, they will vote no on a Raider request to move to Vegas for the good of shield. They will also tell Davis once again to stay in Oakland and make it happen.

Re: “Attorneys Travel to Florida to Help Celeste Guap, Victim of Bay Area Police Sex-Crime Scandal

Whoever wants the FBI to come in on this should know that FBI is tainted in this.
They have used their agents in sting operations while lying to public and the jury in the court about their involvement in many cases including the one with Agent, Chuck Esposito, who was running a cyber squad in the bay area. They know what goes on in various police departments in the bay area, and they have turned a blind eye. There is no on who can police the police departments that is so tainted and corrupt.

Re: “UC Berkeley Suspends Controversial Israel-Palestine Course Amid Complaints

The U.S. govt has committed approx. $5 billion in assistance to the Palestinians, who are among the world's largest per capita recipients of international foreign aid. But, I suppose boycotting Terrorist backed groups/countries (Palestinian Hamas, or Iran) is not in the "interests" of the extremist wing of the Left.
Academia is basically being hijacked by those that wish to colonize thought and intimidate based on a pathological focus, and BDS is another outlet for rebelling against the big, bad authority figure - Israel, and/or the U.S. Those interested in “Settler colonialism” can look no further than their own property, which is occupied land of the American Indian. For that matter, why not focus on practically every other country that has, or is currently, experiencing a level of conflict, dispute, or occupation between tribes over land? Then again, the Left has a penchant for romanticizing the 'other' ethnicity, and Israel/U.S. is an easy target for the rebel's without a cause.

Without the extensive and excellent reporting by East Bay Express, the public would still be in the dark about this horrific abuse of power by law enforcement and its agencies.
The way in which this young girl was exploited and basically passed around by the very same folks who have sworn to serve and protect the public against those of this ilk is an example of the worst and most dangerous kinds of people to have in the criminal justice system. They will do anything including sacrificing the life of this young girl/woman to protect their own. And they have the gaul to ask why there is so little respect for their profession. There will be justice in this case...perhaps from a higher power...but there will be justice . This is just wrong people, just wrong.
