DID ANYONE NOTICE THE THREE UNION PROJECTIONISTS THAT WERE OUTFRONT PASSING OUT FLYERS CONCERNING THEIR LACK OF RECOGNITION BY BMG? IT IS A SHAME! THIS THEATRE WAS A UNION PROJECTIONIST SHOP PRIOR TO IT'S CLOSING. IF BMG IS SUPPOSEDLY PROVIDING JOBS TO THE COMMUNITY, SHOULDN'T THEY BE GOOD PAYING JOBS WITH BENIFITS THAT SUPPORT A FAMILY IN THE BAY AREA?
Great fun for kids and adults alike. Can't wait for the expo to open!
Even a single star is too high a rating for yet another rally by Prop. 64's paid cheerleaders, Panzer, Norris, and Downs. How can you have "open & frank" presentation when you didn't invite anyone who opposes Prop. 64? Not a rhetorical question, BTW.
Fun and lively tine for all! Good prizes, great questions Wonderful wine!
Greg Palast presentation of facts left real gaps for concern. If Palast has verified documents of these horrifically inaccurate voter list frauds then why hasn't he handed them over as public records to be vetted by other journalists? No one he showed his lists to responded with any recognition of their own documents. It appeared that Palast has doctored documents. If that's the case his facts and figures become suspect. Palast's dramatic flair is fun at times, but it has gotten in the way of his respect or regard for accuracy. If his facts aren't reliable then he's significantly more hindrance to the progressive movement than he is support or whistle-blower.
I cannot think of a better way to spend my Sunday evenings. Geoffrey's is a very comfortable setting, Yancie Taylor is fantastic. The band and the music are wonderful. I also love the Jam session. The dinner is only $5.00 and finger licking good.
An amazing work of art. Directed by Jim Cave, composed by Erling Wold.
That Venue is closed, The Black Pug Cafe is now at that address and there is open mic from 7-9pm on Thursdays.
If anyone has seen Vassar's previous film retrospectives, it's an amazing body of work and you'll learn a tremendous amount of never-before-known history about the National Parks. This presentation was first shown to a sell-out crowd in March 2016 at the Smithsonian Institution and it has sold out wherever it has appeared since. The program will be touring throughout California in 2016 and into 2017, so here's an amazing opportunity to see it in the Bay Area's most intimate theater.
Ever first Monday after Oakland Art Mur Mur, and every 2nd to the last Monday nights at Radio Bar is now "Techno Awakening" w/ DJ Paulo Nicolas presented by Kruz'N Geisha Music Line-Up Productions Company

Address correction: The Alley is located at 2309 Encinal Ave. Alameda, CA, 94501
This show is actually on the 14th! If you could please amend that?
It would be a blessing to receive this much-needed help and even the more, to be able to participate in this study; it would reveal important information toward the treatment of PTSD in veterans with conditions such as my husbands.
I believe that it should be a requirement that all city officials and police chiefs throughout California should see this display so that they can have the unbiased truth about this plant and how politics have steered public opinion on this issue,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Where is this???
One more thing the event goes from 5-10pm
