Re: “Owl & Company Bookshop

The phone number is wrong, it is 510.788.5821. Also, it is NOT a "little" shop but the largest by space and titles on the Avenue and one of the largest used bookshops in the EAST BAY, COVERING ALL SUBJECTS. Also the web page is down now but will be back up soon.

You can see a short video of the shop at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8EC_WdLmMbc

Re: “Mr. Mopps’ Children’s Books & Gifts

Perfect place for toys and books for all ages A great range of classic and new products that cover all interests and abilities. This is a treasure chest for playthings that are well worthwhile. Easy to find and park and browse to locate that special gift for every child (and adult) on your list. A great store.

Re: “EiWear

Friendly and chic... not often do those two qualities share common ground, but at E iWEAR, it's different. Jennifer and Ernst are super sweet and the selection of styles is amazing. Best of all, none of the frames come from the global eye-wear giant that dictates prices and puts small guys out of business. All the frames at E iWEAR come from small manufactures, with one of them being just a few miles away in Hayward, CA. I highly recommend them!

Re: “Tease Me Boutique

I took my boy friend and picked up some lingerie. They also have stockings and toys. It was such a refreshing experience, the store has a contempo style and everything they sale is current. They have lingerie that I haven't seen anywhere else.

Re: “Urban Ore

One time i went here and almost picked up an Atari handheld computewr for twenty bucks, and decided against it. I regretted it ever since. I always find an excuse to come here and lose myself in all of their amazing weird junk, imagining different projects that can only be accomplished with this old washing machine or that old record player needle. its oddly awesome as a date place.

You've heard it before & it's still true. Amazing staff, service & goods. A great place for people to meet & their pet "cocktail" parties are divine. Love is in the air over there.

Re: “Makin Endz Meet

I love this little store. When ever I am looking for that something to add that perfect touch to my fit I find it there. Most of the time I don't even know what exactly it is I am looking for until I see it. I have purchased three vintage clutches, a vintage black velvet dress, Crochet scarves, a fedora hot and a sweet leather jacket to name a few. The people there are down to earth and actually keep me in mind when they get things in I LOVE THAT!
