Apparently Oakland and Berkeley exist on their own private East Bay Island where Hayward, San Leandro, Concord, Walnut Creek (etc) don't exist or aren't invited. Don't call this Best of the East Bay, call this Best of Oakland and Berkeley or Best of Some of the East Bay.

Mr. Mopp's really? For best children's store? Toy store maybe, but there are sooo many other good, I mean great children's stores out there. How come no Best Children's Resale stores since 2003? Have you heard of Grove Street Kids??

if you want one of a kind vintage clothing, the PRETTY PENNY is the place you want to shop! they also carry local clothing and jewelry designers, alternative apparel, and hands down the raddest sunglass selection in the east bay! the ambiance is warm, inviting and intriguing. this is a must stop shop!!
