Oakland, Berkeley, And East Bay News, Events, Restaurants, Music, & Arts
Bro this is the best place ever the water is separated by shallow and deep by ropes. Love to the people who made this. Although I want to know is there any bears at night or not?
The group sponsoring the Solstice Labyrinth Walk is the East Bay Labyrinth Project (EBLP) -- a group of volunteers dedicated to the installation of an 11-circuit labyrinth at a public and accessible site in Berkeley, California. The group has successfully secured approval from the City of Berkeley to install a Community Peace Labyrinth at the Berkeley Marina. For more information, see http://eblp.bpfp.org
LAY OUT THE LABYRINTH! If you'd like to do more than simply attend the Solstice program and walk the labyrinth at June 21st event, note that from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. that same day (Sunday, June 21), volunteers will be helping to lay out the pattern of temporary 11-circuit labyrinth (register in advance asap at email@example.com if youd like to participate in this part of the days celebration; lunch provided; three-hour commitment).
Do you know the day and place of the West Coast Kite Competition that used to be held at San Francisco's Ocean Beach on Labor Day weekend in the past? If it is still being held, do you know the details? Many thanks for your help.
