Re: “Honor Kitchen and Cocktails

From Burgers to Bone Marrow. This place pumps out the best bar food this side of the bridge. Hint: Always check out their specials board! Fantasctic food and it won't break the bank either. A must visit in the east bay!

Re: “Beauty's Bagel Shop

But don't just go for the bagels. Everything I've eaten here has been awesome! These guys have the midas touch!

Re: “Haven

The map is incorrect. The restaurant is in JLS not Uptown.

Re: “Va de Vi Bistro & Wine Bar

Roasted Alaskan black cod, soy glaze, wasabi butter, orange oil, potato cake, ocean salad. Need I say more?

Re: “Feel Good Bakery

Their chocolate croissants are worth writing home about, if you happen to be French.

Re: “Grand Lake Kitchen

The best breakfast in the Grand Lake...dog friendly...great coffee, and home cooking to, well, write home about.

Re: “Fist of Flour Doughjo

I loved my slice of pizza from the Doughjo. The dough was perfectly crispy on their thin crust and I've even had their mega thick slice- which caused a pizza paradigm shift. I crave it now. No other pizza will do anymore. And it is totally worth the drive to the Laurel.

Re: “Venga Paella

What a great neighborhood restaurant for dinner. I brought a group of friends on a Thursday, first off there is ample parking, service was great and there is ample choices on the menu. After eating and drinking and we played Giant Jenga in the back room.

Highly recommend this place for large parties.
