Re: “Alameda County Fast-Tracks Medical Pot Ban

I am happy that there appears to be solidarity of the players going forward with hopefully only one initiative hitting the ballot box come Nov. I will say that I think that the authors got it wrong in regard to personal cultivation, I believe that the City's should be able to restrict indoor grows and be mandated to allow outdoor grows.....................think about it and all of the issues concerning cultivation and the overall impacts.

Re: “Alameda County Fast-Tracks Medical Pot Ban

The sunset language added yesterday to the Alameda County medical marijuana ordinance (ban) reads: “This ordinance shall be repealed by its own terms upon the adoption of state legislation repealing or eliminating the March 1, 2016 deadline in Health and Safety Code section 11362.777c4.” Cal NORML suggests this be added to any pending ordinance.

Re: “It's Official: Marijuana Is Medicine

And,ALL people oncarcerated for marijuna, should be pardoned and their sentences commuted NOW.
MAYBE the feds want to wait until they can put in a rider that former inmates cannot sue for false improsonment.

Re: “It's Official: Marijuana Is Medicine

These conflicting media reports on the same subject make it very hard for those of us who don't understand all the medical and legal mumbo jumbo wording to form a fact based opinion on any subject!

Most uses of medical marijuana aren't supported by solid evidence from clinical trials, JAMA review finds! A comprehensive review of dozens of clinical trials that have tested medical marijuana for 10 conditions finds that there’s very little reliable evidence to support the drug’s use. The review, by an international team of researchers, was published Tuesday in the Journal of the American Medical Assn. June 23, 2015

Re: “The Winners and Losers of California's New Medical Marijuana Regulations

Why is California, passing laws that ignore all of the local governments that outlaw cannibus. It should be a Statewide law, allowing anyone, anywhere in the state the right to possess marijuana with a valid medical recommendation. Collectives should be permitted anywhere more than 500' from a school or residence, so long as they follow the laws. Limitations may be permitted, but not so small that it keeps prices high. That is punishing the user.

Re: “The Winners and Losers of California's New Medical Marijuana Regulations

do these regulations taxes fees etc replace local ones, or are they in addition to current local taxes fees and regs? If it's the latter, wow prices are going to be going wayyyyyyy up...

i will thank Mrs Bernille for letting the world knows the powerful man that help her from AIDS disease. This was what i have all my life been waiting for since i was infected by HIV last 6 months. I always spend money for drugs always but still yet my weight becomes poorer and my joint always getting painful and inching all day. But when i met this comment last 3 days, i quickly contacted Dr efosa the Traditonal helper. He is from the western part of africa, i did'nt spend much as i spent for drugs each day, and i for the fact truly reason this because my life was already as take by this disease called AIDs. Truly, when it was 9 oclock on monday this week he called me that his oracle urgently required some few life items to enable the disease wipe out successfully, then i was asked to send down 200 usd ($). Which i did. He trully bought the items and suprisingly, yesterday afternoon Dr efosa called me that my work has been finally done and it work out well. Dr efosa truly healed me. I was crying it was a dream to my eyes when the doctor said to me that I am HIV NEGATIVE.
