Funny how the CBD Rich Hemp Oil from these companies won the High Times Cannabis Cup award for 5 years best CBD. HempMeds is the world leader in CBD Rich Hemp Oil. The leader will always have a target on their back!

Re: “Green Lit: California Legalization Measure Is a Go for 2016

CA rejected Prop 19 for good reason in 2010 and in 2016 they will choose something better. The "Jack Herer Initiative" has launched it's campaign as well for 2016, it's fair and realistic yet progressive and bold...like California itself. CCHI2016 and nothing less!

Re: “Ask Legalization Nation: Weeding Out Hemp Oil Hustlers.

doing nothing more but parroting bad information. Project CBD is being sued, they clearly have a conflict of interests based on past relationships with CannaVEST, and most of the questions regarding the legality of the products mentioned, are easily refuted. the contaminates cited came from improper cleaning of lab equipment, were reported as flawed by the lab, and then sited in the report anyway. the project CBD piece was full of holes. there are MANY reputable companies selling hemp derived CBD, Medmjinc was simply the first one with the highest profile. they have since been replaced by higher quality whole plant outfits. (its not "in the pipeline", it is already being sold by many companies, get with the times) this stuff (information, companies, etc) is quite easy to find. no need to just reprint information that is inaccurate or highly questionable. you are parroting old information, the industry has moved on beyond the initial companies sourcing Chinese hemp, that is soo 2 years ago. NO ONE is using Chinese hemp, most is coming out of Europe and will be coming out of the U.S. with farms going online this last year. http://cbdmarijuanaoil.com/nations-largest-cbd-hemp-farms/ Quit trying to paint the entire legal CBD industry with the same brush, and labeling it all categorically as "snake oil". all it takes is a simple day on google and amazon to get to the bottom of that question. anyone saying otherwise has never properly researched legal CBD and are simply reprinting articles, such as you are in this piece, instead of adding anything original to the debate. there are many breeders overseas and in the U.S. using hybrids such as Charlotte's Web that qualify for industrial hemp status, and as such, may be sold nationally as nutritional supplements, just like CW is as of last month. and no one is saying CW is snake oil. it is low THC medical marijuana or "industrial hemp" under law. quit being niave of the plants breeding potential under current U.S. law. legal cbd will pave the way for the marketing of any number of the 120 some cannabinoids found in Cannabis, as the only which must be limited is THC. OPEN YOU MIND to the breeding possibilities and stop badmouthing the industry.

Re: “Ask Legalization Nation: Weeding Out Hemp Oil Hustlers.

SC LABS exposes ProjectCBD for their bad science, no chain of custody, not removing the background data from their test results, dirty sample with no indication of where it came from - believe their "report" at your own risk.

Did you know that a company who was associated with an article that was published not to long ago is being sued for false statements.
