I wholeheartedly agree! Isaura is an East Bay treasure.

How about an actual date?
The Richmond Swim Center is NOT Olympic size!
An Olympic size pool is 50 meters long by 25 meters wide and at least 2 meters deep.
The Richmond facility has ten 25 yard long lanes for organized swimming with a non rectangular zero depth area for recreation.
This pool could use a few type A individuals to run a decently organized lap program for a couple of hours a day. Taking the lane lines out and having folks swim across the deep end with no walls to turn on makes lap swimming a joke here.
Try El Cerrito or Albany.
I've been a member since 2003 when I moved to the East Bay and I love the inclusivity and warm welcome accorded runners, joggers, and walkers of all levels. From teams that regularly win state-wide competitions to Saturday fun-run groups jogging 11 or 12 minute miles, everyone's equal and equally valued. Having once belonged to a club from the opposite extreme, (the elite Santa Monica Track Club) I know the difference and LMJS is the group for me. Quick add-on: we had 35 people run in the SF marathon and half marathons on Sunday -- everyone finished, everyone had fun, and one or two of our members medalled. Now that's cool!
YES! Many thanks for your mention. My family and I are long-time season ticket holders, and in less than five years, we've watched Cal WBB climb from mediocre to promising to damn good. At $10 a ticket, with discounts for seniors and kids, the team is also an excellent entertainment value. (Note to women's basketball fans: You can see Lexi Gray-Lawson and her stellar fellow guards Lauren Greif and Natasha Vital, plus most of Cal's highly rated incoming rookies, for free at the summer pro-am games at Kezar Pavilion: www.sanfranciscoproam.com.
(By the way, it's Joanne Boyle.)
I think good health care will come until we realize what are those unhealthy foods we intake. Good diet will do.We're paying more these days not only at the gas pump but also at the grocery store. Blame it on rising oil prices, disappointing crop yields, global warming, and/or the weak dollar.Planning ahead is the most important step to getting more bang for your buck at the grocery store,.Eating healthier foods can actually save you money and health against possible diseases. The researchers found that when families went on weight loss diets, they not only lost weight but reduced their food budgets.Learn how to control spending. It helps minimize the possibility og getting personal loans. Read more click http://personalmoneystore.com/Personal-Loans/
There are also several good spots to have sex. Or alternatively, on a warm
summer evening, to watch other people having sex.
No disrespect, but to say Tilden is the best golf course in the East Bay is like saying Tim Herron is the best golfer on tour. Some great scenery, absolutely. An excellent value for the money - no question. But to put it ahead of better courses such as The Bridges, Wente, Hiddenbrooke, Oakhurst CC (to name but a few) is just wrong.
Again, these courses are more expensive...but for a reason. However, I would agree that dollar-for-dollar it is the best. How's that?
Katchie I love and miss you!! Finally the press discovered something I knew the first
I walked into your class. I am just wondering what took them so long to figure this one out.
Lots of Love Joshua the "Dude"

kurt suzuki is an american catcher, he's not from japan.
There's a great board game night that happens at Eudemonia each Thursday night from 7-12. If you like good board games like Settlers of Catan, Carcassonne, Power Grid, Puerto Rico etc., then check it out!
Yay Tilden Park Golf Course! This course is fantastic, definitely the best in the East Bay. It is challenging, absolutely beautiful, the staff is great and there are some really awesome deals! I highly recommend their membership, it's good at Franklin Canyon and Monarch Bay (my second favorite in the East Bay) and some others in the Bay Area -- big perks include a range card and early access to twilight and super twilight rates.
The range is spacious, you can get discounts there too. Food is good, try out the wraps. And if you have kids, this place is super kid friendly -- they have a big junior program and camps are popular and during the week it's only 7 bucks for juniors! This course has it all!
The review is right, the course is walkable, but it is hilly! You'll get good at your side-hill lie shots!

The Geezerest Softball League sounds wonderful to me!
I am a pitcher and very much out of shape as i have not been able to find a women's team to play on in the East Bay. Since there does not seem to be a women's team here, I would like to consider a co-ed team.
Could you let me know if there is an opening to join (or at least try out for) the team?
