Oakland, Berkeley, And East Bay News, Events, Restaurants, Music, & Arts
First time noticed about Imperial Tea Court and its nice service from a newsletter (I forgot the name). Yah, till now - mos tea lover love to have their tea traditional way, I am also one of them. traditionally made tea has extra flavor and taste too. If you have any chance to test another one you can try http://molinachai.nl/ I always teat as my favorite.
HI Russel - NJ bred & born here, and I beg to differ. Taylor Ham refers to the real deal, made by the Taylor Provisions Co, "Pork Roll" is the cheap imitation that lesser diners would serve.
On a recent visit to the homeland, I figured out the source of the difference: only Taylor Ham is subjected to a lactic acid fermentation (like many traditional sausages), while Pork Roll is just the chopped pig and spices.

An overpriced restaurant with very, very bad food.
lol Very original way to make pizza dude! Definitely very creative to start cooking up your meal with a good ol 'fireplace oven'. I think it would look great as a corner fireplace like this: http://www.ethanolfireplaceshop.com/corner-fireplace-designs
I am glad I came across this article. For me, when it comes to restaurants, I think the service is more important than the food. If a server does an excellent job, has a good sense of humor, connects with me, etc. I am likely to come back even if the food is only mediocre. The next time I am in Oakland, I will definitely have to give this place a try.
I wish that I knew of this Singapore restaurant when I lived in the Bay Area. I would have loved to visit it.
Whisky bars in Singapore
Is this your only blog on this matter? If you have any more blogs or anything on this can you please let me know? I found this blog very enticing.
Its just ok, the taquitos seemed unhealthily fried. It like vegan fast food. Still better than fast food.
Pig muscles and bacon naturally have worms in them. Just Google it.
Cool, but pretty pricy. $16 ramen, wow.
$15 free pizza, yea! We had true free pizza and taco buffets in Austin for years.
Really? And where are his permits? The ones the rest of us have to pay for!
Just ask for more chips
