Re: “The Legend of Thadeus

Yes, Thadeus is the real deal. Probably one of the best front man I have ever seen. I feel sorry for the bands that have to follow Electric Sister. Its great to see that he never gave up on rock n roll because now its all paying off. Nice article, Kathleen!

Re: “And That's a Rap

As always, appreciative of your even handed, thoughtful criticism of our beloved art. As a critic and one reviewed, I'll miss your insight dearly. That said, I'm juiced for whatever comes next. Thanks for always bigging me up. I owe you an arm or two.

Re: “And That's a Rap

As your old high school English teacher, I'd say, well, it's time to have lunch again! More importantly however your contributions to our local culture are going to be missed. As one of Your Devoted Readers, I certainly look forward to your next venture, may it continue to be in the writing world and through your laser sharp, critical lens, your droll sense of humor, crazy compassion in unearthing the most desperate urgent voices in music. Call me.

Re: “Loudtalkers Generate Chatter

What a great article! Awesome reading references about our scene of old (I loved Silent Film Stars). Great writing. Keep it up.

Re: “Digital Music Midterms

How is eMusic, from the musicians' point of view? As a (non-musician) fan, I like it for greater variety than iTunes, and at a lower cost, but I'd like to make sure that the artists I love are getting, if not a truly fair cut, at least no worse than they'd do elsewhere. Not much on social, at all, though.

Re: “The Man Behind The Blank Tapes

For the record, I don't have a goatee and never have had one. And the next album Vacation was recorded 1/2 on 2" tape and 1/2 on protools. 8^{b
