Re: “Blackhawk Museum

For anyone who enjoys automotive history, or the art of design and beauty, Bkackhawk will not disappoint. Showing some of the most breathtaking examples of pre-war elegance, technological advancements, and legendary racing, this museum has taken the exhibition of automobiles to another level. Each car stand on it's own against an empty black background, and expertly lit to accentuate it's unique shape and design. This Museum truly blurs the line between engineering design, and fine art. This is a must see for any, but for some, it will really be a life changing event.

Interesting warehouse collective of artists. The location is definitely not for the faint at heart, but if you get yourself there you will certainly not be disappointed. There is a variety of events - exhibitions, concerts, movie screenings. There is often drinking around a campfire after an event.

Re: “Dharma Publishing Bookstore

This bookstore carries a lot more than Buddhist texts. They have a variety of books on meditation, yoga, healing, etc. Also, some wonderful children's books. They also have a selection of Tibetan art "thankas" on canvas and poster paper. There are numerous items from Nepal such as singing bowls, incense, and repousses. They also have many kinds & colors of meditation cushions. A wonderful trove of spiritual treasures.

Stella's clothes are designed to make women look and feel beautiful. And shopping in the Stella Studio is a great experience! They'll help you put together outfits that will flatter you and express your individual style. I purchased a few versatile pieces that are perfect for business travel - and will be back for more to round out my wardrobe!

Great clothes and really nice salespeople. The clothes are very versatile - can be worn to all types of occasions, casual or more dressy. They are flattering, comfortable, and unique. I recommend going to the store for style advice and taking advantage of the sale.

The dealers at the show are allso Buyers of what they are selling, from old trip scrap books to the old family photo album from the civil war to the Exposition trip mom took in Seattle,or the brochure grandma got while in Yosemite. Many items to see, suggest to arrive early if you love to read or see interesting items..

Re: “Sola Lucy Montclair

Fab store. I always love dropping by to see what they have. New stuff is always coming in and it's well curated. Friendly staff too. They don't have attitude. I'm always greeted with a smile. Even when they tell me they have to pass on something. I'd shop there regularly even if I didn't consign! So much of my wardrobe is from them now I rarely shop at big box stores. They have another store in Berkeley too, but I really love Montclair!

Re: “Modern Coffee

A coffee shop with soul and community. Definitely worth going out of your way to enjoy a truly amazing coffee (and tea) experience. Those who live/work nearby are lucky to be able to make this their daily stop. Kudos to Kristen and her partner Tina Nemling!
