On November 14th, thousands of people with diabetes around the world will test their blood sugar, do 14 minutes of exercise, test again, and share their results at BigBlueTest.org.

The idea of a collective test-in started in July 2009 with the participation of more than a thousand people. On November 14th, we will reach thousands of people touched by diabetes. This time, the event incorporates 14 minutes of exercise to reinforce the importance of physical activity.
