.Best Raw Food: A conscious place for uncooked delights

Cafe Muse

Cafe Muse is located on the ground floor of the University Art Museum and serves both raw and cooked food to accommodate most palates, but the raw stuff is what the place is known for. From a pretty-close-to-the-real-thing lasagna to pad Thai, raw veggie sushi, and salads, the eatery serves up delicious raw meals that could appeal to even the most hardcore, cook-it-till-it-smokes customer. Plus all of its ingredients are sustainably sourced. The atmosphere is light and airy, and when you’re done you can expand your mind with a visit to the nearby exhibits. Prices are more than reasonable at about $7 per entree. A full menu is available 11:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., and the cafe is open until 7:00 p.m. on Thursdays.
