Jurors in the Johannes Mehserle trial will only deliberate for two hours today because one juror has a doctor’s appointment, the Trib reports. The deliberations from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. mean a verdict appears to be unlikely for Wednesday. The jury is scheduled to resume deliberations tomorrow morning.
