PG&E Sued, SFBG Scooped

Imagine our shock to find a PG&E-gets-sued story in the Tri-Valley Herald that hadn't already been trumpeted in the normally, um, vigilant Bay Guardian. It seems a consultant working for Peedge wirelessly stole some files from the South San Joaquin Irrigation District, which is trying to take over the venerable utility's retail electric business. How you gonna let the corporate media dominate you like that, B3?
