Here's your headlines: 1) AC/DC's Phill Rudd gets his dope charge quashed in New Zealand.

2) And Willie Nelson will walk for his latest pot charge too. "By making a joke of possession and enforcement laws, Mr. Nelson has done more to demonstrate the ineffectiveness of marijuana prohibition than a hundred lobbyists or a thousand politicians could ever do," opines the New York Times.

3) Ziggy Marley plays HempCon Saturday April 2 in this vid.

4) "U.S. private-sector companies have mercenary operations inside Mexico that appear to be providing high-level training to the Mexican military in support, at least in part, of that nation’s prosecution of the drug war,” reports NarcoNews. The Council on Foreign Relations has stated in March that the U.S.-funded Mexican military has been violating human rights in its prosecution of the war on drugs.

5) Spring is for female stoners, says CelebStoner, who interviews the author of The Stoned Family Robinson.
