SF Beer Week festivities continue, with a pairing of Speakeasy Brewing and Scream Sorbet at Beer Rev (5-10 p.m., free), 9 Brewers = 1 Beer at Rosamunde Sausage Grill (6-10 p.m., free), Drake’s annual whole hog pig roast dinner (6-9 p.m., $50), Meet the Brewer with Hangar 24 at Beer Rev (6-10 p.m., free), and, lastly, Pyramid’s brewer’s dinner (6-9 p.m., $45).

2) HUMPDAY HAPPY HOUR
Hey, our annual Sex Issue came out today! Keep with the theme at a “boudoir accessories and fantasy foreplay” session at Good Vibes (6:30 p.m., free).

3) MITCH MARCUS
New York musician Mitch Marcus, who former Express music editor Rachel Swan called “a Long Island-raised saxophonist with an unrepressed imagination,” returns to the Bay Area with a slew of dates; tonight, he reunites with guitarist Tom Lattanand and guitarist Nathan Clevenger — plus drummer Micah McClain, bassist Rob Gwin, and trumpeter Henry Hung — to play old and new material. At Awaken Café; 7 p.m., free.

Self-proclaimed fat activist and sex educator Virgie Tovar wants every plus-sized woman to share in the joys of wearing too-tight clothes. Hear her read from her new anthology on the subject, Hot & Heavy: Fierce Fat Girls on Life, Love & Fashion, tonight at Pegasus Books Downtown; 7:30 p.m., free.

5) DEAR EX
In preparation for V-day, join Oakland authors for a night of poems and short stories written to or about exes. At the Stork Club; 8 p.m., free.
