State GOP Leader Is Into Kinky Sex

Republican state Assemblyman Mike Duvall, a Christian conservative from Southern California, was caught on tape, bragging about his sexual escapades and extramarital affairs with two women. Duvall, who has preached against gay marriage and on behalf of "family values," bragged about spanking one of the women while a microphone was on in the state capitol. "So, I am getting into spanking her," he told a Republican colleague. "Yeah, I like it. I like spanking her. She goes, 'I know you like spanking me.' I said, 'Yeah! Because you're such a bad girl!" Duvall apparently thought a microphone in the state capitol building was turned off when it was actually on.

America is hypocritical too. Especially about sex. Not only that, but this guy is a baby-boom conservative. That entire generation of right wingers lives in a world where if you have any kink in you what so ever, you still have to pretend to be a model married person. There's a whole culture of clandestine kink. This guy just got sloppy.
I'm glad to see another conservative, anti-gay politician leave office. I'm sad that America still lies to itself about what "normal sex" is.

but you're missing the point: hypocrisy. sure, plenty of people are into spanking and plenty of people cheat. but are they also public officials espousing the immorality of things like spanking and cheating? do they also represent a constituency that believes (or professes to believe) that things like spanking and cheating -- and being gay -- are wrong? only if they did could we draw a parallel, and if that were the case they'd all be a bunch of liars, not just Duvall.
don't spank and cheat out of one corner of your mouth and condemn spanking and cheating out of the other. especially if you're an elected official. he should be held to a higher standard, not a lower one.
Just to be sure we all understand, spanking isn't particularly kinky. Neither is adultery. Spanking is an incredibly common fetish, and adultery happens in more than half of all marriages.
America is kinky. America is horny. America is unfaithful. What you have here is a man who accurately represents the people.
This man probably has 100 policy positions that EBX readers would find contemptible. Why are you wasting time writing about where he puts his dick?
