Cockfighting: More Evidence that Oakland Is Sick

Oakland authorities busted a huge cockighting ring last weekend in East Oakland, arresting 69 people, and finding more than 100 birds, including many dead roosters piled in a huge hole. Officials had to euthanize the 80 remaining birds because they were trained to fight, and thus dangerous. Nice. We not only assault and kill each other, but we teach defenseless birds to do it too.
