Ever wanted to make your daily commute on the Hollis/Amtrak or Watergate Express more meaningful? Think you could write a rich internal monologue for the pregnant woman or geeky Pixar employee who always sits across from you? Here's your chance. A couple enterprising Emery Go Round riders recently launched the Emery Go Blog, a space for commuters to court the muse on all things Emery-related.
True to its namesake, the blog even has a familiar yellow and violet trim, swiped directly from the bus logo. A post written en route from Hollis St. to BART on December 11 states:
Two people almost simultaneously make an identical call to say they're 'on their way' and they're 'on the shuttle.'"
Interviewed via e-mail, the blog hosts say they're even planning to aggregate Emery Go Round missed connections and post them on Craigslist.org. They invite the public to post and tip at emerygoblog@yahoo.com.
